Return Policy
Refunds of cash/credit are extended through 10 Days from Date of Purchase to the client's original payment method.
Refunds of store credit are extended through 30 Days from Date of Purchase.
Returned merchandise is the responsibility of the client to ship or deliver to the store.
Returns will not have original shipping costs credited if applicable.
Any merchandise received outside of 30 day window will not be eligible for return.
Returns will be processed at the convenience of the returns team, typically within 4 business from date received.
All returns must be unusued, unworn, like new items that have no signs of abuse, use or wear and tear.
There are no returns on custom, special order items unless there is obvious defect. Custom, special order items include but are not limited to: engraving, embroidery, screen printing, etc which altered otherwise finished products.
Items marked as "clearance", "final sale" or "as-is" are ineligible for returns.
